π About the technique:
The mounted triangle is one of the most dominant submissions in jiu-jitsu. From the mount position, the attacker isolates one arm, steps over the head, and locks a figure-four triangle with the legs β compressing the carotid arteries while maintaining top pressure. It combines positional dominance with a blood choke, making it nearly impossible to escape once locked. When executed at world championship level, it's lights out.
