This video shows a Jiu Jitsu match where one woman gets a mounted triangle choke on another woman. The woman in black is trying to get her leg over her opponent's head to secure the triangle choke [00:10]. She successfully gets her leg over and locks her legs together [00:19]. She then uses her arms to pull her opponent's head down and squeeze her legs together [00:23]. Her opponent tries to defend by grabbing the woman's legs but is eventually forced to tap out [01:03]. The woman in black then lets go of her opponent and they both stand up. The referee raises the woman in black's hand to indicate her victory [01:10].
